Hardware preparation?

First level the workbench and use a feeler gauge to check the levelness of the platform

After installing the needle, calibrate the XY coordinates with a laser alignment device

The camera needs to undergo 9-point calibration (similar to mobile phone camera calibration)

Basic Settings?

Sports parameters: recommended speed of 30-50mm/s, acceleration of 0.3G

Glue dispensing parameters: pressure generally 3-5 Bar, dispensing time 0.1-0.3 seconds

Visual parameters: Adjust the brightness of the lighting to be able to clearly see the edges of the product

Trial operation and debugging?

① Run empty first to check the movement trajectory

② Use A4 paper to test the adhesive and observe the shape of the adhesive (qualified with a uniform straight line)

③ After formal dispensing, use measuring tools to check the width of the adhesive (with an error of ± 0.1mm, qualified)

Common problem handling

Unstable glue dispensing: Check if the air pressure fluctuates and if the needle is blocked

Positioning deviation: Re calibrate visually and clean the lens

Inaccurate glue quantity: calibrate the opening of the glue valve and replace worn parts

pourDifferent adhesives require parameter adjustment, UV adhesive should move quickly and stop quickly, while silicone adhesive is suitable for slow dispensing. After each material change, it is necessary to conduct 5-10 tests for adhesive dispensing.
